This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in Agile methodologies and a passion for driving IT excellence in laboratory environments.Your Role:

• Oversee laboratory systems projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Act as a Program Manager or Release Train Engineer (RTE), managing Agile release processes effectively.
• Develop detailed project roadmaps covering scope, objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff, IT teams, and stakeholders to prioritize features and align deliverables.
• Identify risks early, create mitigation plans, and maintain clear communication with all parties.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards like GLP and GxP while maintaining quality.
• Regularly track progress, generate status updates, and improve transparency.
• Promote continuous improvement by evaluating processes and outcomes.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications like PMP or RTE (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, especially within laboratory or healthcare IT.
• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum.
• Familiarity with lab operations, workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Skilled in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
