Join our Communication & Events team at Zimmer Biomet! As an intern, you’ll dive into the world of event coordination and marketing. You’ll help plan and execute our biggest event of the year, the Sales and Marketing Kickoff, and support various marketing activities

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in event coordination and marketing. You’ll work with a fun and supportive team, and every day will bring new challenges and learning opportunities. Plus, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how a global company operates and delivers large-scale events.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in planning and organising the Sales and Marketing Kickoff.

  • Coordinate logistics flights, transfers, and special requirements.

  • Work on team-building events and other marketing projects.

  • Create and distribute internal communications.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to plan and execute corporate events, including logistics and budget management.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office for creating marketing materials and presentations.

  • How to enhance your verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Understanding the importance of guidelines and policies in a global company.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Graduates or final-year students in marketing, communications, event planning or related fields.

  • Proficiency in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.

  • Experience using digital marketing tools
