We support international donors and financial institutions implement sustainability programs throughout the world. We help developing countries achieve resilient and equitable growth, transition to lower carbon economies, and protect their natural resources.Your roleYou will be part of the Business Development Team for recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing the right experts from all over the world to implement projects on the Sustainable Energy, Climate Change, Digitalisation or Communication related areas. You will be required to demonstrate a combination of discipline, flexibility, and team work.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning and delivering recruitment-related tasks within the deadline for submission of a proposalResponsible for defining the best way to source experts: using social media (LinkedIn), expert recruitment boards, Stantec’s internal expert database, and personal networksEvaluating the suitability of candidates in order to identify the most compliant and contributing to choosing the right experts in collaboration with your teamCollecting the necessary employment certificates and diplomas from the experts and cross-referencing with the information on the CV for the submission to the client.Tailoring and formatting award-winning CVsEstablishing and growing a network of experts for further collaborationPerform other administrative recruitment tasks as directed by the Business Development DirectorQualifications:Requested profileAcademic background: A Bachelor’s degree and preferably a Masters in a field related to recruitment or relevant.Knowledge of professional search engines such as LinkedIn.At least 1 year of experience in a similar experience or in recruitment in general.Interest in learning about environment/energy/digitalisation/climate change and similar technical areas.Ability to synthesize and go through a vast amount of information.Multitask personality, rigorous, with high attention to detail and strong work ethics.Creative, communicative, open-minded and results oriented.Languages: solid written and spoken English; French will be considered as an asset.IT-skills: advanced use of MS Office.About Stantec:We’re active members of the communities we serve.
