What You’ll Do
Oracle Health is looking for an Interface Engineer. This is an exciting team that looks to push the boundaries of what can be done and is part of the wider organization of Cerner Consulting. You will be part of a dynamic team in which collaborative working will be paramount. A technology expert who doubles as a customer advocate, you will work closely with our premier customer base to solve their most intriguing problems. As an Interface Engineer:
Build and test interface design and provide interface support during implementation activities.
Configure Cerner interfaces and code custom interfaces
Install Cerner interfaces
Troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated system interface issues
Support interface testing during the life cycle of the project
Perform complex data migration and conversion programs
Test complex data migration and conversion programs
Required Skills/Experience
What You’ll Bring
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information’s Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or software Engineer or;
1 year relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of programming concepts, various interface communication protocols, HL7 standards.
Cerner Millennium interface experience with previous role
Knowledge of database architecture
Career Level – IC1
