Access Healthcare is a Recruitment Consultancy based in the city-centre of Dublin, specializing in recruiting high-calibre Healthcare professionals.We’re currently looking to grow our team with determined and ambitious aspiring Recruitment Consultant. We’re especially looking for professionals with a background in insurance sales, as they tend to thrive in a high-performance environment, which means there’s no need for any prior experience in recruitment consulting.Furthermore, this is the perfect opportunity for insurance sales professionals who are used to working with targets and commissions, as we offer an unlimited commission structure that directly rewards your success. Your sales expertise, your call handling skills, and your drive to close deals will translate seamlessly into recruitment—allowing you to maximize your earnings while making a real impact in the healthcare sector.Your day-to-day as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Source high-calibre candidate by posting job ads and reviewing CVs
• Manage your own pipeline of candidates – via calls and emails – to fill roles and earn commission for every single role you fill.
• Earn limitless commissions for every candidate you place with our partnered clients.
• Use your Insurance Sales background to play a key role in contributing to Access Healthcare’s success

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales or a similar role (ideal).
• Capable of thriving with KPIs and commission, and excelling in a fast-paced environment
• Handles challenges with a positive attitude and quickly recovers from setbacks
• Bachelor’s degree (beneficial)

What We Offer:

• Base salary + unlimited commission structure
• Total Compensation year 1: €45k+ (on the second year usually €65k+)
