You’ll work closely with engineers, clients, and contractors to guarantee smooth project execution, compliance, and customer satisfaction.🔹 Key Responsibilities:✅ Project Management: Lead and coordinate multiple fire and security system installations across corporate and construction sites.
✅ Team Leadership: Supervise and support installation engineers, ensuring they meet project goals and maintain high-quality standards.
✅ Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work complies with BS5839, BS5266, NSI, and BAFE standards, as well as health & safety regulations.
✅ Client & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
✅ Technical Oversight: Provide hands-on guidance, troubleshooting, and expert advice on fire and security systems.
✅ Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections, testing, and audits to maintain high-quality workmanship.
✅ Scheduling & Resource Management: Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and resources for each project.
✅ Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installations, progress updates, and compliance certifications.🔹 What We’re Looking For:✔ 5+ years of experience in fire and security installations, with managerial or supervisory experience.
✔ Strong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and integrated security systems.
✔ Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., FIA, NSI, BAFE, or equivalent certifications).
✔ Proven experience managing installation projects within corporate and construction environments.
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
