Start making an IMPACT!The Role: Inside Sales Support (Fluid Workforce)To proactively drive Schneider Electric IT Business sales through named channels/accounts by using the phone as an effective means to sell products and solutions. To build relationships, set meetings and assist in sales cycle progression for external account managers. To develop new channel accounts, to convert competitive ones and to reactivate dormant accounts with a strong focus on increasing APC share of wallet, APC products attach rate to IT hardware, the frequency of purchase and driving project detection.What will you do?
- Quote Creation/Revision from Partners and End-user requests using defined tools and processes.
- Responsible to provide hardware or software solution, product and services consultancy to partners and customers.
- Salesforce BFO Opportunity Creation for Sales Pipeline
- Coordinate with Order Management to ensure Purchase Orders are booked and delivered.
- Ensure successful and efficient execution of sales cycle from enquiry to delivery and installation.
- Communicate effectively with key sales stakeholders both internal and external.
- Answer incoming “Sales Related” calls and proactively qualify sales opportunities.
- Sell and co-ordinate small and mid-size projects to close
- Manage and resolve customer requests and claims on due time with relevant parties.
- Build relationships across functions and organizational boundaries to solve customer challenges.
- Proactively assist and develop sales funnel.
- Maintain and expand on contacts within existing accounts.
- Proactive (including cold) call into our customer base.
- Own/Follow up on leads received from Marcom activities passed to the channel.
- CRM Data Administration
- Accurate utilization of CRM tools in accordance with company guidelines for self and external sales organization.
- Utilize database to run reports for individuals or sales teams.
- Extract and review data for accuracy and sales improvement.
- Market and Customer Knowledge
- Understanding of key technologies and customers specifying appropriate products / solutions with customer value propositions.
QualificationsWho would be successful?
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in any engineering course a plus.
- 1-3 years’ experience in customer relations/sales function.
- Experience of the IT industry preferable
- Qualification, in Business/IT
- Knowledge of industry and key players
- Technical background, ability to learn, understand and present new product ranges in full (including software)
- Work experience in Technical Support or Call Center preferred.
- Experience working as Technical Support, Application or Design Engineer advantage.
- Have Basic knowledge according to the specialization if needed (Automation, Electrical Distribution LV & MV, Home & Building Automation, Power Quality & Energy Management, UPS Systems) preferred.
- Proven ability to perform proactively on own initiative, as well as in a team environment.
- Leadership Demonstrated ability to positively influence the actions and opinions of others and exhibit sound judgment in leading others to company objectives.
- Organization and planning – Ability to organize tasks efficiently towards achieving specified goals, able to define and prioritize specific goals and objectives.
- Drive for results – Strong will to compete and win and achieve in business environment.
- Communication –Clearly present written, oral and visual information and influence others while building rapport and credibility.
- Responsible for responding to customers’ needs across any applicable channels (ex: phone, email, chat) based on business requirements.
- Must possess excellent skills in listening, expression, and interrelationships.
- Proficient in MS Office. Digital savvy. BFO background is a plus.
- Open to participate in any functional, fluid workforce-related activities or project to build their capabilities and improve skillsets.
- Willing to move from one project to another within a 2-year period, duration may vary depending on the business requirements.
- Flexible and willing to work additional hours during high peak volume times.
- Candidate must be flexible to work on rotating shift schedule supporting different regions.
- Willing to work in Cavite and on a hybrid set up with possible shifting schedules based on project assignments.
- Able to deal with dynamic situations & multiple conflicting priorities with strong ability to multitask and work in fast paced, constantly changing environment.
- Customer centric mindset and demonstrate a fair & understanding of customer support issues, flexibility, and an ability to learn quickly.
