Description de l’emploiNotre client, situé à SAINTES/TUBIZE, est actif dans les composants utilisés pour le traitement de l’eau.
Dans le cadre de leur croissance, nous recrutons un INSIDE SALES – Support commercial interne trilingue FR/NL/ANGL.Main activities :

• Support of existing customers by telephone and e-mail

• Competent needs assessment and high results-orientation

• Specification and selection of equipment and standard service products

• Processing standard customer enquiries, creating quotations in SAP

• Processing of orders in SAP

• Active cross-selling and up-selling of equipment and service product portfolios

• Tracking quotations

• Calculation of customized products

• Monitoring technical files for customized systems and confirming to customers

• Close cooperation with the sales colleagues, logistics and technical department.

Votre profil

• Professional or Academic Bachelor degree (asset)

• Languages: Dutch & French is needed, good knowledge of English is desirable for communication with our mother company

• Strong commercial knowledge or commercial training with a certain basic technical understanding or comparable qualifications

• Professional experience in sales of products requiring technical explanation is desirable

• Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a team

• High level of problem-solving skills combined with great interpersonal and communication skills

• SAP/SD user knowledge and good MS Office skills

• You have excellent organizational skills, supported by good technical/product knowledge;
