• Understand hiring needs and offer tailored solutions that add value
• Manage your pipeline, stay organized, and consistently hit your sales targets
• Track your metrics and continuously improve your sales performance
• Represent Bayt.com with professionalism, passion, and a service-first mindset — even remotely!

Skills

Who We’re Looking For

• You are fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) — this is essential
• Prior sales experience is not required, but passion, confidence, and strong communication skills are key
• Experience in B2B or software/tech sales is a strong plus
• You’re proactive, curious, and love helping clients find solutions
• Organized, goal-driven, and excited to be part of a remote high-performance team
