Position Summary:

· Rise with us and assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations

· With a focus on our guest’s overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience

· Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail

· Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience

· Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks among other sub departments (Lobby Lounge, Restaurant)

· Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings

About You:

· An up-to-date RSA

· Barista skills

· Relevant experience in a similar role

· Working rights in Australia

· Enthusiastic to escalate your career

· Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
