About our Team:

Leads and educates dealers and customers on how to implement, service, and operate iWAREHOUSE products and services. Identifies and defines product issues and consults with dealers and customers to resolve complex service issues through site visits and over phone. Develops rapport with customers to enhance service provided and encourage repeat business. Prepares operating manuals, references, or training materials for customers and the sales force.

About the position:

We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead and educate dealers and customers on how to implement, service, and operate iWAREHOUSE products and services. You will:

  • Frequently travel to and interface with internal and external customers in situations that require a high degree of tact and discretion.
  • Develop rapport with customers to enhance the services being provided and encourage repeat business.
  • Provide end-user and technical staff training and guidance on advanced network/system issues.
  • Consult both virtually and on-site with dealers and customers to resolve complex service issues.
  • Analyze complex business requirements and provide various alternatives that best meet the needs.
  • Maintain databases, records, files, correspondence, etc., with appropriate supporting material.
  • Complete special projects: design reports, manual, and prints. Provide truck/part number information and identification in response to customer requests.
  • Review, research, and assist with technical manual information.
  • Provide new product development support. Review new product status to ensure proper start up, inventory, field issues and technical documentation are available before and after launch to support customer demands for part and technical support.

About remote work:

Fully remote candidates will be considered based on experience and skill set. Fully remote candidates may be required to travel to Greene, NY for onboarding and/or periodically throughout the year based on business need. To be considered for a fully remote position you MUST reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington or Wisconsin.

About you:

  • Candidate without a Bachelor’s Degree we require 10 years of related technical field service experience. 
  • Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (CST) or Electrical Engineering (BEE) we require 2 years of post-graduation engineering implementation related experience.
  • Specialized networking and electrical system knowledge to analyze, understand, and communicate detailed information effectively.
  • Availability to travel overnight 80% of the time.
  • Ability to work in a variety of conditions including extended periods of standing and being in front of a computer terminal.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, dependability, and ability to work to deadlines.

About the total compensation package:

Salary – Expected to be between $58,500 – $72,900 depending on the selected candidate’s background.
