Job DescriptionMechanical Contractor Based in Kent who have been operating since 2014 and turnover £2.5mil.Across the business, they employ over 30 staff and their projects are based across Central London, Essex and Kent.Project Values range from £30k – £1mil and are within the Commercial, Care Homes, Airports and more.Mainly Refurb projects, but some New Build also.They are seeking an HVAC Project Manager to join their team of 3.THE JOB – HVAC PROJECT MANAGERMonday – Friday / 07.30 – 04.30 / 40 hour weeksThe role will be split with being Office Based & Site Based (60/40 split but may vary).You will also be involved in the tendering process with the team.The jobs you’ll be managing, will be anything from Installation of VRVs/VRFs. They have a couple of projects at the moment where they are refurbing and putting in new AC equipment to 5 floors and having condensers craned in.Project values of the AC packages would be anything up to £400k.Duties in Role:
- Delivery of AC, Ventilation and Mechanical installation projects, from pre-start meeting to handover.
