HVAC EngineerWalsall, Hybrid/Remote Working with UK-wide travel.£40,000 – £45,000 + Progression + Project Manager Training + Company Car + Bonus + Pension + Flexible hours.Are you a HVAC Engineer looking to step off the tools and become a Project Manager? On offer is the exciting opportunity to join a company that will fully invest in your development and training to Project Manager.Working with this successful and expanding company within the HVAC industry provides the opportunity to manage significant projects with full autonomy and progress to become an expert in your field.With over 3 decades of experience, this company is a UK leader in the retail, leisure, commercial, and public sectors, providing design, installation, service, and maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation, and mechanical services throughout the UK.The day-to-day of this role includes traveling to site UK-wide and managing the installation of HVAC and Mechanical projects. Additionally, you will attend client meetings, undertake surveys and planning.The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced HVAC Engineer looking to train and progress into a Project Management role. You must have significant site experience, be IT literate, and eager to progress to Project Manager.The Role

• HVAC Engineer, progressing to Project Manager.
• Client Site Meetings.
• Travelling to site UK wide.
• Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm.

The Person:

• HVAC Engineer or Air Conditioning Engineer or Building Services Engineer or Heating & Ventilation Engineer or similar background looking to step off the tools.
• Working and industry knowledge of air conditioning
• Ambitious individual wanting to become a Project Manager.
• IT skills.
• Full UK Driving License.
