A day in the life of…As HR Manager, you will support line managers on site with all HR tasks, ensuring managers are equipped to conduct a robust recruitment and retention process. With assistance from the central HR Team and the Regional HR Director at Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, it will be your role to work with HOD’s and senior hotel management to ensure all colleagues are correctly onboarded, inducted and supported within the hotel. As HR Manager, you will liase with line managers to promote good working practices and aid with employee relation issues. Finally, you ensure all colleague training is up to date and a culture of team engagement is fostered throughout the business.Based in the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly hotel you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.Start date in 2025.What do we need from you?To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
