If you see yourself as a future HR leader, this is the opportunity for you!HR graduate scheme OverviewOur 12 month scheme fast tracks you to your first role in HR and we’ll make sure you have every opportunity to learn all the necessary bits and pieces along the way. You’ll learn loads on the job and through a range of placements throughout the HR function.We will make sure you get there by…
- Pub, Bar or Restaurant placement (Weeks 2 to 3)
- 2 month placement aligned to a project within one of our brands (Month 2 to 3)
- 3 month new opening training placement (Months 4 – 6)
- 3 month Recruitment placement (Months 7 – 9)
- 3 month Learning & Development placement (Months 10 – 12)

The training plan consisted of technical sessions, i.e Allergens and some practical fun i.e Cocktail speed trials! Working in the Openings Team is so rewarding; you spend so much time in site, having a blast with the teams in our businesses & learn so much about the ins and outs of our operation, all whilst contributing to the site’s post-remodel sales and quality of service!”Benefits:

- You’ll either have, or be on track to achieve at least a 2:1 degree and have achieved ABB grades at A level or above (or equivalent BTEC grades)
- Hold a full and valid UK driver’s licence
- As this role is mobile there’s flexibility over where you are based in the UK, but you’ll need to be able to travel to our Head Office located in the heart of Birmingham
