As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be able to develop your skills whilst being motivated by the Sydney lifestyle, surrounded by major Sydney icons. Your Opportunity:

  • Complete Human Resources administration tasks and offer general support to the HR team.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.

  • Assist with the onboarding of associates and prepare employment contracts.

  • Assist with all areas of recruitment whilst following Marriott’s talent acquisition requirements.

  • Complete all aspects of the associate life cycle in collaboration with the Human Resources Team.

  • Support the hotel TakeCare events and activities.

  • Coordinate tracking of training and assist in delivering onboarding training to associates.

About You:

  • Full working rights in Australia

  • Relevant experience in a similar role

  • Completed HR qualification or currently undertaking

  • Enthusiastic to grow & develop your career in HR

  • Self-motivated, driven and energized, enjoys a fast-paced environment
