Human Resources Coordinator at South London studio. A global architectural design firm in South London is looking for the perfect HR Coordinator to join their existing team of two HR staff.The RoleReporting to the HR Manager and working with the HR Advisor you will be working in an extensive and varied role. This role will suit someone who enjoys getting out and about speaking to employees of various levels within the other studios around London.Day-to-day you will be providing administrative support to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This includes drafting and posting adverts, maintaining the HR inbox and applicant tracking systems, organising interviews and liaising with recruitment agencies. You will also assist with all tasks related to new joiners and leavers within the company. Having an understanding of employment law and best practice is necessary as you will be responding to employees’ queries. Assistance with learning and development will also be a key part of the role, supporting the appraisal process and assisting with organising training courses. You will ensure the HR function runs smoothly by making sure the HR information systems are all accurate and up to date, monitor attendance and highlight any issues, update templates as well as provide general HR admin support to the team as required.Software and KnowledgeSomeone who has held one or two other similar roles within a faced paced environment will be best suited to this position. Experience within architecture will be advantageous.A good awareness of employment law is required as well as having a knowledge of recruitment and HR systems softwareHaving your CIPD or equivalent, or a willingness to undertake study leading to a qualification would be ideal.Having the ability to take initiative, possess excellent communication skills and work in a professional manner is key in this role.Why work there?About the office including location, perks, environment, size, any awards won.
