Forseven, a revolutionary company is looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our highly skilled and dynamic People Team. This role will be reporting into the Head of Business Partnering.The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire initially (with a longer term move to our new office location in Bicester) where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a scale-up, where your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our forward-thinking company. With its rapid growth trajectory and dynamic nature, Forseven offers you an exceptional platform to help drive strategy as we expand into new horizons.Responsibilities will vary as a reflection of the evolving business needs; however, they will mostly be focused on interfaces daily with business leaders and managers regarding people-related matters affecting their designated business units. It involves devising innovative HR strategies to optimize human resources within these units, aiding in the development and execution of actionable business strategies. Collaborating with the Head of Business Partnering/Chief People Officer, this role offers forward-thinking HR guidance alongside extensive experience in manufacturing/continuous improvement operations, aligned with business and workforce priorities. Additionally, it partners with Rewards and Talent & Learning Centres of Excellence (COE) to forefront talent management initiatives supporting organisational programs in performance management, rewards & recognition, employee development, and staffing.What you will do:
- Supports HR strategy implementation, advising on people-related matters, and collaborates with HR resources to meet business goals.
- Aligns HR capabilities with unit objectives, enhancing employee and organisational performance, and develops tailored solutions for business unit challenges.
- Maintaining connections with leadership and workforce, they implement strategic plans, understand talent needs, and ensure HR programs align with business culture.
- Contribute to plans aligned with business goals, translate strategy into actionable solutions, and advocate for the workforce’s perspective in decision-making.
- Proactively managing performance, serve as a role model for mentorship, ensure diversity and inclusiveness, and oversee COE processes for fair HR administration.
Who you are:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree is preferred.
- Has a broad breadth of working experience within continuous improvement/manufacturing leadership experience.
- The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge, demonstrated skills in Human Resources, and proven supervisory and operational managerial expertise.
- Provides HR/ER advisory expertise.
- Strong communicator, adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Adaptable and courageous professional fostering inclusivity and driving innovation.
