At the heart of the Corndel culture is a business that is caring, supportive, can do, informal and fun.The HR Business Partner Role:As the business continues to grow we are looking for a great HRBP to join the People team to play a key role in supporting our people managers and driving initiatives in order to create a great employee experience for our people and drive business performance. The role will combine effective policy and process management with impactful coaching and guidance to deliver effective people outcomes.As a growing business there are primarily 2 key focus areas to the role; * Partnering with our line managers and people providing guidance, coaching and support on a wide range of HR subjects such as employee engagement, policy guidance, employee relations, performance management, employment law, learning and career development.
Our immediate focus areas are continuing our build our core processes and employee offer to support the business’ growth and evolution. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and changing environment, varied work and providing a great employee experience to the Corndel team.Responsibilities:
