An exciting opportunity for an HR professional to join an elite US law firm as part of their friendly human resources team in London.This role will see you working alongside a like-minded team to support the firm’s human resources initiatives and policies. You’ll work on a range of generalist HR, recruitment and onboarding duties. These include:

• HRIS changes – joiners, leavers, office transfers etc
• Visa applications and immigration
• Appraisals and performance management
• Sickness absence monitoring
• Liaising with recruitment agencies and coordinating interviews
• Arranging inductions, buddies, and supervising partners

You’ll be part of a friendly and ambitious team that wants to grow and create a positive environment.The perfect Human Resources Assistant will have experience working at a similar level in a law firm or professional services environment for up to around 18 months. You will have excellent attention to detail and be very much a people person.This is a permanent position with a salary of up to c£45,000 plus benefits and hybrid working.
