The HR Advisor post is one that will work as part of our HR advisory team supporting the HR Manager and Senior HR Advisor in providing advice, guidance and support to leaders within our organisation. Our HR team prides itself on supporting the organisation in delivering high quality education to the children who learn and attend our schools, our HR team strives to provide 1st class services to support this. The post holder will be responsible for:

  • Lead on aspects of safer recruitment to ensure that all workers within our organisation are suitable to work with our children
  • Provide advice, guidance and work on employee relations matters as they arise
  • Contribute to the creation and development of policy and 1st class people services
  • Support the advisory team in providing training to leaders and managers within our organisation

  • Be Level 3 CIPD qualified or equivalent/and/or equivalent experience – if not CIPD qualified, be willing to work towards
  • Have previous experience within the HR/people services field
  • Be a highly organised individual, who can be flexible and respond to organisational need
  • Be an excellent written and verbal communicator with the skill to tailor the style of communication to the appropriate audience
