Since then, we have become a leading global provider of business process and technology management services offering an integrated portfolio of analytics-driven back office and customer-facing solutions that support the entire customer life cycle.Job Description:As a member of the Human Resources Team, the HR Advisor will play a vital role in supporting employee data management and providing general support throughout the HR employee life cycle. The HR Advisor will also be responsible for taking live calls, talking to employees, and resolving their queries over the phone or email.Key Responsibilities: * Employee Support:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employees seeking HR assistance via phone, email, and/or tickets.
  • Take live calls, talk to employees, and resolve their queries over the phone or received via email.
  • Enable employee-facing customer support functions by assisting employees with various Tier 1 HR requests and help ensure our HR platforms are maintained effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects inclusive of English Language.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or similar roles.
  • Must have a valid (not expired) government issued ID, TRN and NIS card.
  • Must have flexible availability to work any day and any assigned shift weekly.(Weekends and Public Holidays).
  • Must be able to train and / or work onsite.
  • Good systematic problem solving ability , using sound business judgment, and following through on commitments to customers.
  • The ability to quickly and accurately identify and assess individual customer needs and take appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time.
  • Multi-tasking skills, showcased through conversing while navigating our systems the use of several applications simultaneously; experience working with CRM applications preferred.
  • Good Typing Skills – Minimum 35 wpm with minimum 80% accuracy.
  • High level of integrity
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test as needed.
