The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.Main Responsibilities:As HRBP for the Commercial Functions of our Benelux Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding People & Organization (P&O) guidelines and ensuring the implementation of P&O directions, policies, and procedures.In this role, you will support Line Managers in facilitating people life cycle management, ensuring smooth transitions and effective P&O support.As HRBP, you will manage all key P&O processes including Salary Review, Training Management, Performance Management, and Budget/Workforce planning for local commercial teams.You will work hand in hand and in coordination and alignment with the HR team in Benelux to make joint decisions on P&O-related topics/projects. In relation to Recruitment, you will be involved in the full life cycle recruitment for profiles under your scope, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.Moreover, you will ensure the application of current P&O policies and procedures, maintaining compliance and consistency while handling HR processes related to operative tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive HR reports to provide insights and support decision-making. Last but not least, you will support in transversal projects assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization.Who we are looking for:You bring a strong foundation in Business, Economics, or Humanistic studies. Your academic background has equipped you with the analytical and strategic thinking necessary to excel in this role. With 5-8 years of HR experience, you bring a wealth of knowledge and insights in HR Business partnership. Your deep understanding of HR practices will be crucial in navigating the complexities of this role. Experience in the FMCG sector has fostered your understanding of the fast-paced and competitive nature of this industry, being beneficial in aligning HR strategies with business goals.
You have a natural talent for connecting with people. Your ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization will be key to your success.
You excel in managing projects and have excellent interpersonal skills. Your high professional standards for customer service and work quality set you apart. You thrive in high-pressure situations. Your experience in data management, analysis, and reporting allows you to provide valuable insights that drive informed decision-making. Your practical experience and expertise in IT (MS Office, e.g. Excel) and HR tools (e.g. SAP HR, Success Factors, Power BI, WFP Evo) will contribute significantly to your success in this role. You are proficient in french or dutch. You are well known for possessing a natural curiosity and a keen interest in exploring new ideas and approaches. Your innovative mindset will help us continually improve our HR practices.
