Job description
- Handle the onboarding and recruitment of the substitutes
- Work closely with the HR Manager regarding the questions of staff absences
- Prepare service agreements for new substitutes
- Provide monthly budget reports on substitutes payments
- Collect feedback from staff and substitutes concerning substitute work performance
- Be familiar with all aspects of the school’s Health, Safety and Security handbook and able to explain these policies
Dynamic environment|Possibility of growing within the position
- Ideally experience in Human Resources and in an international environment
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Fluency in English (near native level) with working knowledge of French
- Knowledge of the Belgian social legislation
- Flexible on hours, able to start working early
- Eager to develop themselves in an HR position
