University College Dublin seeks to appoint an HR Services Director for their HR function who will report to the Chief People Officer and Director of SIRC, Legal Services and Transformation, and be responsible for the effective execution and management of all aspects of the HR Services function.HR Services is an operational unit that is responsible for providing staffing, HR operations, and pensions related services to staff throughout the university. The unit is also responsible for the HR information system.The HR Services Director is a senior leadership role, required to support the strategic objectives of the University in the context of the UCD Strategy 2025 – 2030 and develop and lead a broad range of strategic initiatives in UCD’s HR plan “The Revolution of Work” to the highest standards. The role holder who will be a member of the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) and the UCD Extended Leadership Group (ELG) must be able to work independently and at a strategic level, fostering high-level collaborative working relationships.95 Snr Administrative Ii\2013 (2010) (7075) Salary: €106,799 – €142,755 per annum.
