The Role

The HR Services Advisor will provide operational support for HR, People Leaders and Team Members across our ANZ business. You will also support core business processes such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Performance and Reward.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the group HR inbox; providing support for inquiries relating to policy, process etc.

• Review and approve relevant SAP SuccessFactors transactions, ensuring data accuracy and appropriate evidence

• Generate new hire employment contracts in SAP SuccessFactors, liaising with Legal where required

• Initiate and monitor the Onboarding process and provide a high level of candidate care

• Liaise with Payroll to ensure accurate team member onboarding and transaction processing

• Ensure employee records are maintained in a compliant manner, whether in physical or electronic format

• Conduct basic reporting in SAP SuccessFactors to support core HR processes

• Analyse and update data to ensure a high level of data integrity

About You

• Previous experience working as part of an HR team, and understanding of the employee lifecycle

• Must have HRIS experience, SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable

• Intermediate MS Excel experience

• Exposure to Payroll requirements and processes; ideally with exposure to award free, award and EBA employees

• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities

• Critical thinker and understanding of processes on broader business unit.
