Job Description:Human Resources Project ManagerLocation: Bristol (Hybrid)This is a hybrid position primarily based in Bristol or London. We’re committed to your flexibility and wellbeing and our hybrid strategy currently requires three days a week in the office, giving you the option to work remotely for some of your working week. .We give you a world of potentialA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Project Manager to join our Projects & Portfolio Management team. This role will operate within the global People team and will be responsible for delivering key business change projects both in the People team, and in support of the wider Computershare business. Working closely with other project managers and key stakeholders in the business, as a People Team subject matter expert and ensuring any impacts on People Team processes are considered.A role you will loveWorking closely and collaboratively with the global People Team, the HR Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of specific projects within the People portfolio. In addition, we are a business which adapts dependent on business priorities meaning you could be managing multiple unrelated projects at any given time in a fast-paced environment.As a HR Project Manager you will be involved and responsible for the full cycle project management for any projects which have people team impacts. You will also support the wider project team and provide the People team PMO with status updates and reporting requests to ensure coordination of activities and resource demand tracking.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the project plan & RAID, tracking deliverables and timelines for all assigned projects.
  • Lead regular project meetings, and ad-hoc meetings as required.
  • Create regular status reports for key stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively and build relationships with internal stakeholders, managing expectations to ensure the business objectives are being delivered.
  • Work closely with other members of the project team (including external parties) to ensure on-time, high quality project delivery.
  • Develop and manage key plans throughout the project lifecycle (including data migration, test, and cutover plans – where relevant).
  • Track project budget and resource.
  • Support stakeholder management activities.
  • Work analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, and innovation.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Previous experience working in a Human Resources position, and knowledge of People Team practices. (Essential).
  • Demonstrable experience working within a people team project environment, and ideally taking a lead on these projects. (Essential).
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively deliver against critical deadlines, working and adapting in changing project environments.
  • Excellent organisation, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, including previous experience working with senior level stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects in a virtual environment.
  • Experience of working with third party vendors & consultancy partners.
  • Experience of working in a global environment (Desirable)
  • Professional project management qualification, e.g. Prince 2, APM PMQ (Desirable)
