HR Manager (Medical) – Pay and ComplianceAfC – Band 7An HR Manager (Medical) is required to join the Pay and Policy Team. The successful candidate will manage the Medical and Dental Teams to provide comprehensive and high-level advice and guidance on Medical and Dental pay and terms and conditions of service and rota compliance across the organisation for both doctors and dentists in training and career grade doctors including the management of the Doctors in Training rotations and the Annual Job Planning Process.Educated to degree level with a postgraduate diploma in HR or equivalent experience and CIPD membership, you will previous experience of working with NHS Medical and Dental terms and conditions and a knowledge and understanding of Consultant Job Planning and Junior Doctor Rotations and compliance. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to plan own workload and deliver to tight deadlines will be essential.If you think you have the skills and experience to undertake this key role, we would love to hear from you!
