Job description
This role requires a HR Manager EMEA who is ready to lead the Human Resources team in a large consumer company. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the company.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
Working with a historic UK Brand name|Leading the HR function cross the EMEAA successful ‘HR Manager EMEA’ should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience of working in a senior EMEA role.
- Proven working experience in the consumer industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and legal aspects.
- Proficiency in HR management software.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A competitive salary ranging from £72,000 to £82,000 per annum
- A generous bonus of up to 15% of the base salary
