Acting as the guardian of site HR, you will ensure the business operates effectively by managing all HR issues, overseeing an onsite HR Administrator, and delivering tailored HR plans and solutions. Partnering with management, you’ll drive employee engagement, oversee employment relations, and ensure legal compliance. You will also play a key role in mergers, acquisitions, or disposals, and support business strategy through effective change management. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead HR initiatives and contribute to the success of the business.Responsibilities
