Excel Recruitment is seeking an HR Executive for our client, a hugely successful Irish distribution company based in Cork. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress in their Human Resource career.

Salary Package:€45,000-€50.000

Responsibilities of an HR Executive:

• Support HR Team to complete HR Related tasks/duties
• Advise and assist with grievance/disciplinary issues and procedures and issue resolutions
• Including but not limited to investigations, disciplinary hearings, and grievance hearings in line with Company Policy.
• Strong experience with exposure to handling ER cases is critical
• Support People Management Processes including recruitment, onboarding, new starters, leavers, contracts and related compensation and benefits administration
• Enhance the team member experience by effectively administering the team member life cycle including onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, leave of absence, probation, and resignations
• Maintain accurate team member records on all systems
• Support, facilitate and champion business change initiatives

Requirements of a Human Resources Executive:

• Qualified to third level in Human Resources or another relevant discipline
• Experienced working in a similar HR environment
• Excellent knowledge of HR procedures and Irish Employment legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Have a highly organised, flexible and proactive approach to task workload
