The People Programs Delivery (PPD) Team @ Autodesk
The People Programs Delivery (PPD) team in People Services is responsible for providing global process, service delivery excellence, program operations, training, and education across our People & Places (PPL) organization. The team works to foster greater alignment between PEX and PPL teams, to partner on project and process improvement opportunities, and to deliver the best possible employee experience outcomes.
Position Overview
In an ever-expanding and increasingly complex global regulatory environment, the PPD Compliance Manager plays a critical role to help drive employment-related compliance globally across the organization. You will be responsible for implementing, improving, and maintaining our employment-related compliance program across PEX. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align expectations and decision-making, to identify compliance obligations, and to strategize on complaint practices – keeping in mind our existing operations and industry best practices – while seeking to drive global consistency where possible.
This position is a one-year fixed-term assignment reporting to the Senior Manager of People Programs Delivery.
