This is a fantastic opportunity in London on a temporary basis as a HR Business Partner.There is potential for this role to be extended, and possibly go permanentThe Temporary HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of performance and employee engagement, and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services to support the housing association’s goals. This role will involve partnering with senior leaders and managers to provide strategic and operational HR support, driving initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legislation.HR BP required for immediate start|Must have previous HR BP experience in HousingTemporary HR Business Partner:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, within the housing or non-profit sector.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations, talent management, and organisational development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
