You’ll operate with a significant level of independence, leveraging your expert knowledge of Human Resources to drive effective decision-making and contribute to strategic team initiatives. In this influential position, you’ll build and nurture strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and suppliers. Your ability to network, collaborate, and influence will be essential in shaping HR strategies and ensuring alignment with our company goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, providing expert advice and best practices aligned with company policies, legislation, and evolving trends.
• Partner with leadership to implement Kuehne + Nagel’s strategy, focusing on organizational design, capability planning, resource allocation, and fostering employee engagement.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational objectives, enhance employee experience, and drive engagement while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Lead and support organizational change projects, addressing associated people implications, and proactively managing employee relations to resolve issues and avoid escalation.
• Oversee talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and recruitment, ensuring a strong employer brand and a seamless onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to design programs that meet future business capability needs and deliver measurable change within the desired timeframes.
• Work with HR teams to promote wellness, diversity, inclusion, and recognition programs, while leveraging data analysis and fresh ideas to enhance HR service delivery and strategic direction.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner model or other HR disciplines, with exposure to progressive people agendas.
• Exceptional relationship management, influencing, and client service skills, with strong communication abilities.
• Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and implementing quality HR initiatives.
• Expertise in Irish employment law, coupled with strong project and change management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, demonstrating excellent problem-solving, adaptability, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional HR services with enthusiasm, personal accountability, discretion, and integrity.
• A collaborative team player with strong administrative skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
