We have delivered significant growth in our core business, and we have ambitious plans for continued growth over the next five years.WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLEOrnua is seeking an experienced HR Analytics Lead to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive 360-degree employee view across the employee life cycle, leveraging HR analytics to drive data-driven insights and decisions.The role will require a self-starter to drive their own agenda and work independently with HR and Business colleagues across the Group to add value to the business with key people insights and automated reporting.This is a fantastic next step for an Analytics professional looking to bring their expertise to an organisation that is in the early stages of building HR Analytics capability.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
