HR | Ireland | Permanent | € 36000 – € 45000HR AnalystReporting to the Head of People – Talent, Development and Employee Experience, you will support the end-to-end employee experience across a global network. As a fast-paced and agile HR team, you’ll have the ability to flex and step in to support the broader HR group.As a focus you will support the development and implementation of talent management strategies, employee development programs, and enhanced employee experience.Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business providing HR support and advice as needed.
- Support with end-to-end recruitment processes across all levels of the business: identification of resourcing need, job posting, agency engagement, CV screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Play a key role in supporting with all elements related to our Early Careers Programmes: recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentoring.
- Support on development of Learning & Development activities of the business, as well as planning, implementing, scheduling, and evaluating all programmes.
- Lead on global wellbeing initiatives as part of the ‘S’ (Social) in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) agenda.
- Assist with the embedding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) policies and practices into the end-to-end talent lifecycle.
- Assist with the Performance Management cycle.
- Optimisation of HRIS to ensure an effective employee and manager experience relating to talent, development, and employee experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate people-centred role, ideally a HR role.
- Proven track record in a HR generalist or specialist role.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems would be an advantage.
- Self-starter with strong commitment to deliver excellence, with an aptitude for pace and embracing change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
