In this position, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive HR services, supporting strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace environment. Competitive salary, this role offers both challenge and reward.Key Responsibilities
- HR Policy Implementation: Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Recruitment Coordination: Manage the recruitment process from drafting adverts to conducting interviews.
- Onboarding & Inductions: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Payroll Management: Collate monthly payroll data and resolve any queries.
- Performance Reviews: Oversee the performance review process and provide necessary support.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Lead initiatives to promote equality and diversity within the firm.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR Advisor role.
- CIPD Level 5 Essential, Desirable Level 7
- Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.
