We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to join our Wahgunyah Nestle factory in a HR Advisor role. Reporting to the Factory HR Business Partner, you’ll take an active role in hands on HR operational matters & the application of Nestle HR policy onsite.

A day in the life of…
You will be responsible for:
Support & Coach Line Managers and employees with HR / IR processes and issues
Ensure compliance to the sites EBAs and liaise with union delegates
Labour Management including coordination and maintenance of the tool
Managing recruitment, selection and onboarding of blue-collar Production Operators
Organisational structure management through our HR system (Success Factors, SAP, Kronos).
People analytics data management and reporting
Payroll liaison & troubleshooting
Support business restructures
Support site audits
Delivery of some HR related training
General HR administration support
Supporting the continuation of our digital transformation in the HR space
Support the implementation of other site initiatives.

To be successful in the role, you’ll have a minimum of 3 years operational HR experience
Understanding of HR areas such as employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, talent development, recruitment, restructuring and training & development
Be driven to work to deliver on standards, drive business improvement and enhance the overall employee experience.
Tertiary qualifications in Business or HR Management
Exceptional interpersonal skills that will help you develop strong relationships and collaborate with line managers and staff across the board.
Experience working in a unionised manufacturing environment operating multiple shifts
High proficiency in systems – excel & other Microsoft systems, HR systems
Have worked with unions and are familiar with IR legislation framework
Ability to work with ambiguity and change
