Role: HR AdministratorLocation: CorkSalary: Negotiable DOEMSL Engineering are looking for a HR Administrator located in Headoffice, Ringport Business Park This role is a 30 hour working week. Role can be full time/part timeJob Role

• Report Directly to HR Director
• Organising and tracking site Inductions & access cards for all new starts including set up and access to Time Clocks.

• Responsible for Labour allocation & Job Costing hours

• Managing Annual Leave and Holiday tracker for project staff and trades
• Manage and update changes to Site Org Chart as required.
• Submitting weekly time sheets for all staff and trades to Site Manager for sign off each week.
• General site office administration: ordering of office supplies, document management.
• Supporting document control activities as required.
• Help with recruitment of craft skilled workers

Key Skills

• Competent in MS Excel, Power Point, and MS Word
• Experience in meeting deadlines
• Experience in attending and taking notes at project meetings.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent phone manner and people skills
• Experience with working in construction sector is an added advantage.
