We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience of implementing NEC Housing (management system). This role is pivotal in providing analytical support and insights to help shape housing strategies and policies within the organisation.Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting detailed analysis of housing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
• Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations based on analytical outcomes
• Collaborating with various internal teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
• Contributing to the development and implementation of housing strategies and policies
• Supporting decision-making processes through robust data analysis
• Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of housing data
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of housing initiatives and programmes
• Communicating complex data and analysis in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Experience in data analysis, preferably within the public sector or housing industry
• Proficiency in using analytical tools and software
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
• Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Relevant qualifications in data analysis, statistics, or a related field
