Build a Rewarding Career.Doing things differently.Hourly Paid Lecturer – Medical Imaging£48.53 per direct teaching hour, where the number of hours required and the days of the week may vary.A flat rate of £19.41 per hour will be paid for completing one of the following elements of the schedule; teaching, preparation and marking.About the RoleYou will join the thriving and innovative Departments in our School of Science and Technology which are responsible for teaching and research in a variety of disciplines at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.We are seeking to appoint an Hourly Paid Lecturer in Medical Imaging, with a particular focus on supporting and delivering Medical Imaging provision at undergraduate and / or postgraduate level within the Department of Physics and Mathematics. In addition to appropriate knowledge and experience, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills and a willingness to flexibly contribute to teaching and associated duties in these areas. The work could involve, for example, preparation and delivery of lectures and/or laboratory sessions, and may also include marking where required.We are looking for well-rounded academics with experience in the above disciplines, with a positive attitude that wish to be part of a forward looking Department.Please note that due to the nature of this post, applicants based within a reasonable distance of Nottingham would be better suited to the role.This vacancy may close at any time once sufficient applications have been received.
