A sweeping drive through landscape grounds leads you to ample free car parking and our award winning team focused on providing individual care to meet your needs.The hospital opened in 1992 and is equipped with the latest medical facilities for diagnosis and treatment, and has very high quality clinical standards including effective infection prevention measures.The role:We are looking for an experienced Hotel Services Supervisor to join our team at Rivers Hospital, based in Sawbridgeworth. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Supervisor of the hospital’s housekeeping team.As the Hotel Services Supervisor you will have great communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to demonstrate a broad experience in the cleaning sector within a healthcare setting, hotel or similar environment. You will take an active part in the team completing rotas and staff records. You will be responsible for completing training and audits/inspections to ensure we meet and exceed expectations, to drive constant development and improvement.Consideration will be taken for candidates who show the necessary qualities for this role. The Hotel Services Supervisor will oversee the cleaning standards of patient rooms, clinical and public areas throughout the Hospital.You will supervise the day-day activities of the Housekeepers, whilst training and developing the team’s skills and knowledge to ensure that high cleaning standards are met inline with the clinical expectations.Key duties:
