W Sydney, is now casting for Beverage and Food Hosts to provide high quality customer service while creating unique and vibrant experiences for our guests in our WET Deck – 29/30 venue.

We are looking for charismatic extraordinaire with a magnetic personality that draws people into the world of luxury.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

The core responsibilities include:

• Be the face of the restaurant – the first and last impression the guest has of us! Greeting guests as they enter and adding them on a waiting list as necessary

• Welcome guests warmly and personally

• Ensure guests are seated correctly in the restaurant according to the seating plan

• Communicate any important guest information to the waiting team and management

• Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions

• Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers

• Engaging with guests to ensure they’re happy with beverage and food service

• Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them

• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering queries

• A good understanding of the menus and offerings

• Helping other positions in the restaurant as needed
