What You Will Do – Host/Hostess Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ascertain their party size.

• Efficiently seat guests at clean and ready tables, providing menus.

• Navigate guests through dining areas, offering assistance when necessary.

• Adjust table arrangements to accommodate special needs.

• Ensure place settings are complete, including clean silverware and napkins.

• Maintain up-to-date, clean, and well-conditioned menus.

• Keep the work area clean throughout the shift.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with team members.

• Work collaboratively to achieve common goals.

• Address and respond to team members’ concerns appropriately.

• Uphold the establishment’s quality standards.
