Brandt is currently seeking a Heavy Duty Outside Parts & Service Advisor for our London, ON Peterbilt location.This position is responsible for promoting and selling heavy-duty transportation truck and trailer parts and service as well as providing after sales support to existing and new customers.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keeping customers current on new products and services
  • meet sales revenue objectives and profit goals set by the branch
  • Increasing parts and service sales
  • Implement yearly territory plan
  • Assure good working relationships with customers, resolving problems and growing customer loyalty.
  • Work cooperatively with management to meet and maximize budget goals and expand customer base
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours
  • Positive and professional attitude to both internal and external challenges
  • Understanding of specialized transportation equipment and industry
  • Strong time management and people skills, with high desire to serve customers and nurture relationships
  • Ability to work unsupervised, make decisions, complete tasks under pressure, and cooperate with team members who may have different focus and priorities

Required Experience

  • Previous sales experience in the Heavy Truck and Trailer equipment industry considered an asset
  • Proficient skills with basic computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract
