In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll drive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives across the organisation, including property services, to achieve sector-leading standards.As a thought leader, you’ll develop innovative strategies, foster collaboration, and champion the “Everyone, Safe and Well” vision, embedding safety and well-being as core values at every level.Working alongside a dedicated team focused on understanding behaviour and designing interactive, game-based training, you’ll ensure HSE engagement is impactful and memorable.About You:
- Experienced Leader: Extensive HSE experience coupled with a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma (or equivalent).
- Strategic Visionary: A strong communicator and strategic thinker, driven to promote safety and well-being.
