RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trains on the use of ICRC health data management tools.
- Manages and encodes all project data ensuring accurate and timely entry throughout project cycles.
- Collaborates with colleagues to ensure organized and linked project related information and sources.
- Undertakes other HiD tasks within competency, as discussed with and approved by supervisor.
- Completion of Health Data/Activity Management Training Modules.
- Encoding of Project Details and Ensures Veracity.
- Uploading of Data.
- Revision of Inputs for Final Validation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Degree in relevant field.
- Excellent computer skills and in MS Office tools.
- Relevant experience in Data Entry and Management on Project Monitoring Cycle Management systems/ Project Reporting/ Documentation.
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
- Experience in project support and/ or experience in health projects is an asset but not required.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills contributes to effective working relationships in a multicultural environment is essential.
- Ability to work on own initiative and to work under pressure.
- Easily adapts to working with a team.
