This is an exciting opportunity to join the Advisory Services team (Large Corporate) as a Health & Benefits Director within our Great Britain Health & Benefits business. The role is based from our London office on a Hybrid working basis.
The Advisory Services team is a community of strategic client relationship managers and ‘beyond broking’ proposition leaders, who consult across all disciplines of Health & Benefits, including Healthcare, Group Risk, Flexible Benefits and Wellbeing.
The team includes some of WTW’s most experienced consultants who are responsible for managing some of our largest and most complex Health & Benefits clients.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of large corporate clients in order help create and execute their UK benefits strategy and support their broader employee value proposition.
Acting as Lead Consultant, they will lead a WTW account team to ensure flawless execution and client delivery across all Health & Benefits management, consulting and broking services.
In addition to lead account management duties, important aspects of the role also include the proactive promotion of WTW’s insights, research and services to deliver consultative sales to existing clients as well as supporting the Sales Team in the pursuit of new client wins, in turn generating expanded revenue growth.
As a senior member of the Large Corporate Health & Benefits function, you will also be expected to play a significant and leading role in the development and commercialisation of our ‘beyond broking’ consulting propositions to help address key priorities and emerging client needs. These include (but are not limited to); Benefits Benchmarking, M&A, Benefits Technology, Absence Management and Wellbeing, among others.
The Requirements
The successful candidate will require:

Strong knowledge and experience of the UK Health & Benefits market

Technical experience across healthcare, group risk, flexible benefits and wellbeing
-
Excellent client relationship and account management skills
-
Confidence and passion to use market insights and data to positively challenge client thinking
-
Communication and leadership skills to lead and co-ordinate an account team of WTW Health & Benefit consultants to achieve outstanding results for clients
-
Proven track record of developing large corporate accounts including consultative sales and new client sales
-
Commercial mindset to develop, lead and promote both existing and new consulting propositions in the large corporate benefits market

Enthusiasm and willingness to develop and mentor colleagues

Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels

Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively to build a strong network

Interest and ability to think beyond the task at hand and understand how work fits into the broader landscape

Well organised and detail oriented (e.g. being able to both plan and communicate efficiently).

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative style

Excellent presentation skills
