Health and Safety CoordinatorKilkenny (Nationwide)Energy and Renewables Sector.The successful candidate will enjoy benefits such as competitive salary, additional leave, enhanced maternity leave, cycle to work Scheme and on-site parking.Joining an experienced international team the successful candidate will work with multi-discipline experts to deliver several contracts.Operating Nationwide, the successful candidate will become a key member involved in numerous projects reporting directly to the Health & Safety Manager.The successful individual will ideally have the following:

• A relevant 3rd level Qualification in Health & Safety
• 2+ years proven construction(or similar) site work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
• Full Drivers Licence

Duties will include:

• Coordinate safety throughout all phases of the Projects, from Engineering, to the Procurement and Construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Construction Regulations
• Assist with compilation of Work Method Statements and Risk Assessments
• Attend Regular progress Meetings with Clients & team meetings
• Support the Project Managers generally on health and safety matters
• Site Inspections and Audits to monitor compliance with legislative
• Compile safety related data and reports as required by the business.
• Promote Safety Culture
