Your responsibilityInnovation & Product Development

• Develop new formulas and packaging concepts
• Identify and respond to market trends and consumer behavior
• Lead strategic innovation projects with internal and external partners

Quality & Process Management

• Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
• Oversee regulatory testing and CPSR assessments
• Implement and optimize digital knowledge management processes

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor the R&D team
• Develop and execute a long-term innovation strategy
• Collaborate with research institutions, suppliers, and industry partners

ProfielWho are we looking for?We are looking for a driven leader with a strong scientific background in cosmetics, chemistry, or a related field. You have experience in product development and regulatory compliance within the industry and thrive on leading and inspiring a team.

• Extensive Expertise in cosmetic product formulation, with a relevant academic background (at least a Master’s degree, preferably a PhD) and solid hands-on experience.
• Passion for Cosmetics and a strong strategic understanding of market trends, societal shifts, and technological advancements.
• Natural Leader who inspires internal and external partners with a clear vision while ensuring operational excellence through disciplined team management.
• Can-Do Mentality, with the ability to successfully drive complex projects to completion.
